With all the cons and scams here I won’t invest in anything. Besides it take 5 years or more to take anyone to court here, making it virtually impossible to invest in anything with a reasonable assurance your investment will be protected by law.

Invest half of your money; save in bank the other half. if you fail at least you are not complete broke.
1. Eateries is best investment bec. every body eats.
franchises will help like Jolibee which is P11 million, expenses for location, design, ads, etc. any food franchising
2. Magnolia chicken also grants franchise of P75,000.00 for the poultry. dont worry about land in rural areas. they are cheaper.
3. Agricultural materials such as fertilizers and seeds
4. also Grains buying station.
5. and minor livelihoods

A stable franchised business or even a hotdog stand can be a profitable investment as long as you are knowledgeable and had experienced doing business. But if you don’t have the guts, just keep your money in the bank and be contented with it.

You can join the city business or Rotary club. They can help you in starting out any business and show you the ropes. Makati Business Club, Rotary Club of Makati, etc.
Or you can always invest in real-estate as many of my foreign clients do. There are plenty of condominium units being pre-sold and that can be sold or rented out later.

AFPSLAI and AMWSLAI have always had the highest tax free dividend rates per annum in the country (those rates from loans & savings associations are possibly 4-5 times more than banks)… the only problem is that it’s only for people affiliated with the military, you can try to be-friend and trust someone who is affiliated to let them handle your money.
easier said than done. no wonder you hear about these rich businessmen sucking up to military people.
