What investment vehicle yields an annual interest rate of 10%?

Yahoo has an article about saving a nest egg for 40 years by depositing 100 bucks a month into an “investment vehicle” that yields 10% apr.

What is this investment vehicle? Isn’t 10% kinda high?
How do I set this up?

Historically the stock market (the S&P 500 or other averages of the market) return 10%. Some years it produces returns higher than 10%, some years lower (right now it is lower), but it averages out to approx. 9.8%

You can never guarantee 10% apr. The higher the percentage you’re looking for, the more risk you have to take.

LONG TERM GOVERNMENT BONDS (USA GOVERNMENT)

You set this up by creating a brokerage account online. (scottrade, ameritrade, etrade, sinkorswim, etc) and buying the Berkshire Hathaway stock

S&P has done a little better than 10%, some years better, others not as good, on average it’s about 10%.

Therefore get a Mutual funds that mimics the S&P, or an ETF.
