Why can’t I find any “warnings” about HYIP’s in any of our .gov sites? I looked at the department of commerce but found nothing. Do you know of such a .gov site that is warning consumers? If so I would love to know what it is.

I just opened an e-gold account, and looking to fund it. Are these HYIP’s that are saying that you will make 200% on your money in a short period of time legit?

What are the legal issues and Codes of participating in High Yield Investment Programs (HYIP’s). I am aware of the extemely high risk and I know that many think they are Ponzi schemes, but those are moral issues. I am looking for info on the legal issues.

Hey guys.

I know that there are MANY HYIP’s that are SCAMS, but in fact, there are a couple of them that have been running for about 3 years or so, that I’ve seen proof that they DO give you your money back, and the percentages that they promise. Example: NanoMoneyCorp, InvestmentForge, and Genius Funds.

Now, are these legal? I think that’s all I wanna ask..
