@WhyMeWhySilver I live on the border with northern Ireland,so dundalk wants to get all the commuter shoppers to shop here insted of there.I know socialism is a bad word there, but it’s in our constitution that the less fortunate have to be looked after.:)

@WhyMeWhySilver Yeah it’s crazy how they can do that over there.Here we have local county councils where you have to get planning permission to build a new business.If the elected council aren’t happy, there is an agreement that they can’t sell x goods/services.etc.Or even just say no to them.

@kevinharte27c and when it comes to their meats GOSH! There’s no meat market (Butcher) All of their meats comes in pre-packaged from God only knows where from. When you buy a pack of hamburger meat there might be 5 different cows in that 2lb package of meat. Their meats come off of an assembly line. I don’t buy ANY meats from WalMart.

@kevinharte27c What a surprise! I thought that WalMart had them ALL by the Balls! Good for Ireland :>) I don’t blame any Country for not allowing them. They destroy all of the small businesses that make up your community. Small Mom and Pop Grocers, Department Stores, Photo Labs, Pharmacy’s, etc. I’d be more than happy to sign a petition to remove them from our small town. Once they run everyone out they determine what brands of items that you purchase.—–>

@kevinharte27c belive me as long as the US Corporations can get their slave labor from China, India, etc we’ll never see a product that reads, Made in France, or Made in Brussels, or Made in Finland. If you haven’t slave labor to offer products for WalMart….forget about a chance of working for an American Corporation. This is truth my friend! If you won’t work for $2.00 a day. They’ll stay in China.

@WhyMeWhySilver The EU is really strange in the way we all pretty much have the same currency but we don’t have a close personal union, probably because of the language barriers.There has been serious deflation here so it would be hard to see massive inflation here.If the states goes bust and the euro remains strong, I can see US companies that are viable coming over here (Europe) as they would be bought out.Or the opposite, a total collapse everywhere.

@WhyMeWhySilver Thanks.Well we’re in the euro now, but it use to be Irish punt (pound).My dad was saying it might be best to buy a 10 euro silver coin,but they go for 30 euro. Silver bullion here is currently around 16 euro. Prices here are acting crazy…a 500 ml bottle of coke costs 1.50 euro and now you can get a can of beer for 1 euro each, which is an import too from eastern europe.

@kevinharte27c It would be in your best interest to buy your country’s older silver coinage or an acceptable silver bullion round that your country is familiar with. But….I would certainly make your county’s older silver coinage your priority.

Good video. I’ve been considering buying silver here in Ireland,but seeing this survey it makes me realise that people will go insane before they look for another means of currency.Not sure if I should still buy silver though….:)
