You can’t say fraud just because you loose a bet. The investors can always do their research and look at the securities they are buying. They infact did and still saw them worthy of buying, but their bet was wrong. Paulson could have been wrong, but he turned out to be right-he called it right. He could have been wrong. They are all betting based on information available to them ALL. I don’t see fraud. Fraud is if Goldman lied. Goldman was part of a BET
